The Mobility Aids LTD website is designed to be as accessible for all users, in line with current World Wide Web Consortium W3C recommendations for both XHTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and is designed to display correctly in current web browsers including: Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox, Safari, Opera and Netscape.
Viewing Options
In addition to the default viewing style of the website you can also view the website in HIGH CONTRAST, or, with INCREASED TEXT SIZE by pressing the desired viewing style in the accessibility section just below the main site navigation.
Navigating with Access Keys
Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that allow the user to immediately navigate to a specic part of a web page or website, without the need to use a mouse. This is especially useful for those who have difficulties with motor skill, and can be a quicker and more convenient means to navigate around a site.

How to Use Access Keys
Different browsers activate access keys differently. Below is a summary of how to use access keys in different browsers:
Using Access Keys in Different Browsers
- Internet Explorer 5+ (IE 5+) (PC): Press and hold down the ALT key, press the access key, release both keys then press enter
- IE4 (PC): Press and hold down the ALT key, then press the access key
- IE 5+ (MAC): Press and hold down the CTRL key, then press the access key
- IE 4.5 (MAC): Access Keys Not Supported
- Mozilla Firefox 2+ (PC): Press and hold down the SHIFT key and the ALT key, then press the access key
- Mozilla Firefox 1.5 (PC): Press and hold down the ALT key, then press the access key
- Mozilla Firefox 2+ (MAC): Press and Hold down the SHIFT key and the ALT key, then press the access key
- Mozilla Firefox 1.5(MAC): Press and hold down the CTRL key, then press the access key
- Netscape 7 (PC): Press and hold down the ALT key, then press the access key
- Netscape 6 (PC): Access Keys Not Supported
- Opera 9 (PC & MAC): Press and hold down the SHIFT and the ESC key, this will reveal a complete list of access keys.
- Safari: Press and hold down the CTRL key, then press the access key
